13RAVO- Launch Your First Patch

Your shop already has the jokes. Turn one into a patch.

I started selling patches while I was an aviation maintainer in the Marine Corps. I noticed how many people in my squadron collected them, designed a Fourth of July edition, and took it around to the different shops.

It sold out.

I built this guide for the maintainer who has an idea but doesn’t know how to turn it into something people can actually buy.

13RAVO: Launch Your First Patch is a straightforward, 13-page PDF that walks you through creating a design, getting it manufactured, and introducing your first batch to your squadron.

Inside, you’ll get:

• My starting story and how I found my first customers.

• A method for finding ideas using shop sayings, shared jokes, and familiar equipment.

• Copy-and-paste ChatGPT prompts to develop and refine your artwork.

• My manufacturer’s name on Fiverr, plus a ready-to-send quote request.

• Ordering and sample-review checklists so you know what to confirm before production.

• Simple pricing examples to understand costs, sales, and money left over.

• A local sales plan, worksheet, and batch tracker to help you get organized.

• An optional wholesale route to purchase existing 13RAVO patches for resale.

No website or existing audience required to follow the squadron sales approach. Start with one design and the community you already understand.

$75 • Digital PDF download

This purchase includes the guide only. Patches, manufacturing, and other startup costs are separate. Manufacturer pricing and delivery times must be confirmed directly with the seller. Personal coaching is not included, and sales or earnings are not guar
