13RAVO products are produced in limited runs inspired by aviation, military culture, maintainers, and law enforcement communities. Please review the information below before placing an order.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
During large launches, limited drops, or presales, processing and shipping times may increase depending on order volume and production timelines.
Tracking information will automatically be sent once your order ships.
PRESALES
Many 13RAVO products are sold as limited-run presale items.
By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines may vary depending on manufacturing and demand.
Presale orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

Your order is missing items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 13RAVO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
